CG Producer
THE CG PRODUCER WORKS CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RESOURCES TO DEFINE AND EXECUTE CUSTOM PRODUCTION PROJECTS BASED UPON AND CREATED FOR THE EVOX CG LIBRARY. THIS INCLUDES MAINTAINING PRODUCTION SCHEDULES & BUDGETS, CREATING AND SUBMITTING PURCHASE ORDERS, PROJECT WORK ORDERS, REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL, STATEMENTS OF WORK, AND FINAL PROJECT QUALITY ASSURANCE. THE CG PRODUCER WILL ALSO WORK WITH INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RESOURCES TO DEVELOP AND CREATE SAMPLE PRODUCTS THAT UTILIZE BOTH CG AND PHOTO ASSETS. THESE SAMPLE PRODUCTS WILL BE CREATED IN TANDEM WITH THE NEEDS OF THE MARKETING AND SALES DEPARTMENTS. Studio Assistant
THE STUDIO ASSISTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING THE VIDEOGRAPHER ON SHOOTS BY TAKING DIRECTION DURING THE CAPTURE OF VIDEO CONTENT. DUTIES TO INCLUDE MOVING LIGHTS, HOLDING WHITE CARDS, PREPARING FEATURES AND DOING LIGHT CLEANING OF CAR. Inside Sales Manager
The Inside Sales Manager, reporting to the CEO, will be an A-player principal who will motivate his/her team to exceed sales targets while keeping them accountable on a daily basis. This manager will lead the team to take action through development, implementation and evaluation of prospects. The Inside Sales Manager has the proven ability to inspire his team to generate sales opportunities, close new deals and assist with identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients. For larger/strategic accounts this position will facilitate relationship development with EVOX production/project management and with EVOX licensing/contracts management -- with the goal of driving deal closure and maximizing revenue and profit.

Staff Photographer (seasonal)
The seasonal Staff Photographer for the library will shoot photography and/or video for the Vehicle Imaging Factory. The seasonal Staff Photographer will be responsible for completing successful photo shoots on time, to the satisfaction of QA. This position will work with the Photography Manager, Senior Photographer, QA Inspector and scheduling staff. Employment at Evox requires job assignment flexibility from the employee. The Human Resources Manager maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Video Production Technician (Seasonal)
The Video Production Technician is responsible for downloading, QA’ing, editing, and outputting video assets on a daily basis in accordance with internal quality and performance standards. The Video Production Technician may also be involved in or asked to lead process development and improvements where necessary. Video Production Technicians are expected to be cross-trained on other aspects of production, including but not limited to image editing and Photo Quality Assurance.

Photo Quality Assurance (Seasonal)
Photo Quality Assurance is the final set of eyes on digital image files before they are sent to the client and is the essential link to maintaining quality. Photo Quality Assurance inspects files for both Post Production and Photography quality, reoccurring problems or defects and supports process improvements and identifies specific areas for rework on all files. Photo Quality Assurance is responsible for maintaining the utmost standard in quality while analyzing QA data to reduce rework and implement processes/checks/procedures to maximize output. This position will work with the Producer, Production Manager, and sales staff.

Desktop Support
Desktop support plays a vital role in the administration and maintenance of the companys computer hardware and software. This position works closely with management and reports to the Director of Digital Operations. Install, configure and maintain the companys workstations, printers and appliances. Macintosh systems administration, troubleshooting, desktop hardware and software installation and support, Windows XP workstation and some server administration. Support Apple Macintosh Desktops, MacDNS, FileMaker 11 Server, e-mail server and other LAN/WAN applications. End-user support of business and creative applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite/CS3-CS5+ Applications, Final Cut Pro, and CG Modeling applications, including Maya and Nuke. Remote admin, backup, and file-management. Ensure compliance with all software licenses and ensure all installed software is properly licensed. Ensure all designated file management processes are followed as required. Ethernet LAN deployment and troubleshooting in a 1000-baseTX mixed environment-using TCP/IP, AFP SMB, and NFS protocols. Familiarity with routing, switches, server file sharing, print services, directory services, and mail applications.
